Where will the VTS take place?
The VTS will stream within the official Facebook event page.
How do I join the VTS event?
RSVP by marking yourself as going and you’ll be prompted by Facebook to join on Wednesday, November 9 at 4 PM PST / 6 PM CST
How do I pay for my order?
Use the Shop app to shop, add to your cart and checkout, or utilize this website.
Can I still claim items after the show airs?
Yes! We know not everyone can attend the LIVE show so we're allowing order submissions up to 48 hours after the event airs via the website or the Shop App.
When will my order ship?
Upon payment completion, please allow us a few days to process your orders. USPS First Class shipping is free on individual orders $75+ and you will have the option to select expedited shipping during the checkout process.
What is the exchange/refund policy?
Orders with 30% or greater discount applied are final sale. Exchanges or store credit may be requested within 30 days for eligible orders. Store credit is valid for 1 calendar year.
