To my valued clients,

On October 5, 2022 we will be celebrating 10 years of Cristy Cali Jewelry. What a journey this has been!

For the past couple of years I have been working consistently to produce highly sought-after Signature Beaded Gemstone Designs with collection launches either once a month or every week.

To celebrate my 10 Year Anniversary, I'd like to present you with one last special collection of Signature Designs. A very limited number of pieces will be available, as I only have so much material. Beware! 👻 Some designs may not make it to the website if they all sell out during this VTS.

This will be my last Signature Collection, not only for this year, but also for an indefinite amount of time. These little labors of love are incredibly time consuming, physically demanding and my body is asking me to take a break from the work bench 😇

Since I have quite a bit of items to show you, I have divided the show into two parts.

    How To Join

    This time we're going LIVE on the official Cristy Cali Facebook event pages! Click on the RSVP link above to mark yourself;f as "GOING" on the official FB event page. This is where you can find the LIVE event at the scheduled times. There are two different event pages respectively for Part 1 & 2.

    How To Claim & Buy

    Every item will have a short number associated with it.

    To claim, comment "[item #][size if applicable]"

    Claiming an item does not guarantee you successfully claimed it first. 

    Should you successfully claim an item, you will receive an order invoice within 2 business days. We ask that you complete the order invoice within 12 hours. 

    👑 If you are a Krewe member, it helps to mention this in the comment, but is not necessary. We know who most of you are! 

    If you are a new client you can help us expedite the ordering process by creating an account on this website. This will allow us to locate your account and issue your order invoice much faster. 

    If you successfully claim to make a purchase and do not follow through on your commitment to complete your order invoice, you will not be allowed to participate and make claims on future virtual trunk shows. 

     

    Exchange & Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of this event, you may exchange your items or return for store credit within 30 days.  Store credit is valid for 1 calendar year.

     

    Keep In Mind 

    • Facebook does not display comments to audience members in the order in which they were posted. You will always see your comment first from your end. We, however, are able to see comments in chronological order. We will issue invoices to the first to successfully claim an item.

    • If the order is not completed within 12 hours, we will proceed with the next individual who submitted a claim for that item. 

    • Claim with commitment. Comment the item # and applicable aoptions to claim/preorder. Ladies, you know size matters. Please remember to include the size, otherwise we cannot invoice you.

    • You may claim items up to 24 hours after the show airs! We'll email you an order invoice within 2 business days with all items you were able to successfully claim. 

    • My executive assistant, Allison Turner, will be monitoring claim comments and confirm successful claims whenever possible. We cannot guarantee she will catch and confirm all comments, especially if we get overwhelmed with engagement. Nevertheless, she will do the best she can. 

    • My customer service representative, Sol Lopez will be monitoring the claim comments and taking note of who is claiming what. If you’ve never purchased before and you claim items during the show, please remember to create an account so we may issue you an order invoice. Preferably with the same name as it appears on Facebook. 

    • The turnaround time on made-to-order designs is 3-4 weeks. If you’d like to finance your order, please do not select Afterpay during checkout. Use Klarna, ShopPay or PayPal Later, because AfterPay will penalize us if we do not fulfill & ship orders within 2 business days, which is impossible on preorders or made-to-order items. 

    • Orders will ship when all items are available to ship together. If you have a made-to-order item in your order, please take the additional time into account. If you would like ready-items to ship first, please let us know and we'll create a separate order. USPS First Class shipping is free on individual orders $75+

    How do I pay?

    We will email you an order invoice within 2 business days of the VTS event.

     

    How long is the Virtual Trunk Show?

    We are going to do our best to keep it to 1 hour.

     

    Can I still order/claim items after the live?

    Yes! You may comment to claim and preorder items up to 24 hours after the show airs. We'll email you an order invoice within 2 business days with all items you were able to successfully claim. 

     

    How long is the turn around time for preorder items?

    Please allow up to 3 weeks for preorder items to ship from order completion date as they are each HAND MADE to order to your specification. They're worth the wait!

     

    When will my order ship?

    Orders will ship when all items are available to ship together. If you have a preorder item in your order, please take the additional time into account.

    If you would like ready-items to ship first, please let us know and we'll create a separate order. USPS First Class shipping is free on individual orders $75+
