Make money placing our best-selling New Orleans enamel pins in local gift shops.
Hey there! Cristy Cali here 👋 I design collectible enamel pins inspired by New Orleans magic (with a little cosmic sparkle ✨). Right now, we're expanding into select New Orleans gift shops so locals and visitors can snag our bestsellers IRL — not just online.
Why now?
Here's the thing: our Mardi Gras pins sold out four weeks before Fat Tuesday. We didn't even have time to restock! People were sliding into our DMs asking where they could find us in person. So we're making it happen, and we need your help connecting us with the right shops.
Who is this for?
This is not a job. It's a paid referral opportunity for people who are already well connected and know the local scene.
You're a great fit if you're a:
- Magazine or ad sales rep who calls on local retailers
- Hospitality connector (concierge, tour guide, hotel insider)
- Bartender or industry networker with everyone's number
- Local influencer with actual shop relationships
- Artist or vendor who's already making the boutique rounds
What you do
Make a warm intro to a shop owner, buyer, or manager that leads to a sale. A text, email, or IG DM works perfectly.
That's literally it!
We handle the rest: line sheets, pricing, orders, invoicing, fulfillment, follow-up — all of it.
What counts as a "placement"?
A shop is officially placed when they submit:
✅ $500 minimum opening order
✅ $35 one-time display fee (required for new accounts)
How shops place orders (we make it easy)
Opening orders: Shops can submit their order via email and we'll reply with a link to checkout online. We ship or deliver everything directly to them — they don't have to worry about logistics.
Recurring orders: We'll supply the shop with a special reorder code so they can easily restock online anytime. Since their account is tied to your name, you'll automatically get credit for every reorder.
What you earn
Simple and rewarding — you get paid when shops actually place orders.
Opening Order Commission: 20% commission on the shop's opening order (minimum $500).
Example: $500 opening order = $100 commission. (Display fee not included in commission calculation.)
Reorder Commission: 10% commission on all restock and new orders from that account for the first full year from their opening order date.
We're dropping 3–5 new pin designs every quarter this year, so the collection stays fresh and fun with lots of local flavor.
Momentum Bonuses (because why not?):
- 3 new placements in one month → +$150 bonus
- 5 new placements in one month → +$350 bonus
Connector Starter Kit (required to participate)
To keep things legit and protect the brand, there's a small starter kit fee:
$44 — includes 3 enamel pins (an $75 value) + an $75.00 Cristy Cali gift card to use on anything online.
So you're never actually "out" money — and you get to rep the brand while you're at it. (Gift card isn't redeemable for cash. One kit per person.)
How we track + pay (no awkwardness, promise)
- You send us the intro + shop name (text, email, or DM)
- We confirm you as the connector for that account
- Payouts happen quarterly via Zelle, based on paid invoices
- If your quarterly payout exceeds $300, we'll need a W9 for tax purposes
