Thank you for an incredibly successful year! Considering how challenging 2020 has been, we are surprised and counting our blessings to be able to say we managed to recuperate from a devastating 2nd and 3rd quarter.

Our Magazine Street store's usual hours is Wed - Sun 11 - 4 PM; Mon & Tuesday by appointment only with $150 minimum purchase.

Wednesday, December 23rd - normal hours 11-4 PM
Thursday, December 24th, Christmas Eve - shorter day 11-3 PM
Friday, December 25th, Christmas Day - CLOSED
Saturday December 26 & Sunday 27 - extended hours 11-5 PM
Monday, December 28 - Friday, January 1st - Store & website operations closed
We will resume normal business hours, online & in-store starting Saturday, January 2, 2021.
Magazine Street Store Closing Update
While we still do not have an exact store-closing date yet, we do have a time frame of January 20-February 20.
2021 Virtual Trunk Show Tentative Dates
The store closure will determine whether our first VTS of 2021 will be in January or March. If we are able to move out in February, then we will do our best to host another show on Sunday, January 31st. However, if we have to make the move in January, then we need time to get settled into our new location to prepare our new private showroom for you!
Besides this first show, we have put together a schedule of tentative dates and gemstone themes so you may save the date and have something to look forward to in your calendar!

Return & Exchange Policy

Cristy Cali desires nothing more than to generate joy and happiness. If you are not happy with your jewelry purchase, we have not fulfilled our mission. You are welcome to exchange your jewelry or send back for a full store credit within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th are exempt from the normal 30-day exchange as we accept eligible exchanges from these orders until January 31st of the following year. Store credits are valid for five years from issue date.
We also accept eligible returns for refund within 14 days of receipt minus a 15% restocking fee.
Jewelry sold on sale for 30% or more of the original purchase price is a final sale. In some cases, we may be able to exchange these items for a different size depending on product availability. Please contact us for more details. May be subject to S&H of no more than $7.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- To return or exchange your jewelry, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and we will email you a prepaid label to return your jewelry to our headquarters.
- Please click here to print and fill out our Return & Exchange form.
- Include the Return & Exchange form, the jewelry item(s), and proof of purchase in your package. Please keep everything else, it is for you!
- Patience, our little grasshopper. Please allow up to 12 business days for us to process your request. You will not be contacted when we receive your return; rather at the time your request is being processed.
If there is a balance in your favor, we will issue a gift card for you to utilize on the website. If you owe a balance, we will email you with link to process your payment online. Once your request has been completed you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not hear from us within 12 business days, please contact us.
