Orders usually ship within 3 business days. If you have a made-to-order item, engraving item, preorder or backorder item, your order will ship as soon as we are able to process it.

Orders are processed on weekdays only and not on holidays.

If your package is delayed and tracking indicates your package is "stuck" in the same location for a long time - please be patient.

We have had customers who placed orders in November 2020 and did not receive until January 2021. In every case of a delayed package, eventually everyone received their order. 

Please be aware we feel you and we truly empathize with your frustration. Nevertheless, it is unreasonable to expect, much less demand us, to send a second duplicate order. We are not responsible for what happens to your package once it is in possession of the shipping carrier. 

Cancellations are welcome on orders that have not been processed. Once your order has been processed for shipping, your order may not be cancelled. 

WARRANTY

Our jewelry has a 90-DAY guarantee.

If your jewelry breaks due to a production flaw, we will replace or repair it within 90 of your purchase, at no cost to you. Please contact us to obtain a complimentary shipping label to initiate your warranty. Proof of purchase required.

Jewelry purchased for more than 30% off the original price is exempt from warranty.

If your jewelry breaks after 90 days, please visit and support your local jeweler.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order we will accept eligible returns within 14 days of receipt minus a 15% restocking fee. Krewe members are are excempt from restocking fees as part of membership benefits. 

Orders placed between 11/1 - 12/24 have until 1/31 of the following year to return/exchange.

Jewelry purchased at a discounted rate of 30 percent or more is a final sale. Signature Designs, special orders and custom orders are final sale.

We are a profit-sharing company and pay our employees bonuses on sales generated.

As a small business, time is precious and every penny counts. We offer free shipping on eligible orders and pay for shipping on exchanges & returns back to us.

The more time we spend processing returns the less time we can dedicate to processing orders and serving you.

We hope the restocking fee will discourage non-serious buyers. We would not want to waste your valuable time and we simply ask for the same courtesy in return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If your order is eligible for an exchange, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and we will email you a prepaid label to return your jewelry to our headquarters.

Click here to print and fill out our Return & Exchange form. Include this form, the jewelry item(s), and proof of purchase in your package.

Please allow up to 12 business days for us to process your request. You will not be contacted when we receive your return; rather, at the time your request is being processed.

If there is a balance in your favor, we will issue a gift card for you to utilize on the website. If you owe a balance, we will email you with link to process your payment online. Once your request has been completed you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not hear from us within 12 business days, please contact us.
