Refund & Exchange Policy
Cristy's Collection LLC has a 30-day exchange, no-refund policy.
We will exchange your merchandise up to 30 days after receipt of your order as long as the jewelry is in unworn & in re-sellable condition.
Exchanges on purchases made between November 1 - December 24th are exempt from the normal 30-day exchange; as we accept exchanges from these orders until January 31st.
Exchanges cannot be processed via our third-party retailers.
Please allow up to 10 business days upon receipt of jewelry for processing.
You will not be contacted immediately when we receive your return; rather, we will contact you if we have any questions while processing your exchange or when we have completed the processing with an email including the new tracking information.
You are responsible for shipping to us, and we'll cover the cost to return to you. Please ensure that your merchandise is sent back via a trackable shipment via USPS, as no other shipping service delivers to PO Boxes. Items purchased on sale for 30% or more than the regular price, or merchandise purchased on clearance are final sale and cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise stated.

- If there is a balance in your favor, we will issue a gift card for you to utilize on the website. If you owe a balance, we will email you with link to process your payment online.

Cancellations are welcome on orders that have not been processed. Once your order has been processed for shipping, no cancellations are allowed.
All of our jewelry has a one year replacement guarantee. If your jewelry breaks due to a production flaw, we will replace or repair it within one year of your purchase, at no cost to you.
Only exception: jewelry purchased for less than 30% off the original price. Proof of purchase is required to obtain a free replacement or repair. If your jewelry was purchased on this website, we will have a record of the sale using any billing or shipping information. Give us a call or send us an email if you'd like to request this information.
Please send broken jewelry and proof of purchase to mailing address above and include a prepaid self-addressed envelope for the return of your free new replacement or repair.
