No discount codes may be combined with sales; discount codes are disabled during website sales.

Cristy's Collection has a no-refund policy. We will exchange your merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. We will not pay for shipping back to us, nevertheless we will pay for shipping back to you. Please ensure that your merchandise is sent back via a trackable shipment to the address below. 

Jewelry purchased on sale that has been discounted for 30% of greater is a final sale, however, the only exception is exchanges for the same item but a different size (ex: same ring, different size; same bracelet, different length). Jewelry purchased on sale that has been discounted less than 30% may be exchanged with no restrictions. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date*. (We do make exceptions after the Christmas holidays).

Please include proof of purchase, such as your original packing slip or a copy of your email confirmation in your package.  Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
